Organize a Book Drive
Organize a book drive and earn volunteer hours at the same time! Your school, club or organization can collect books, dvds and cds on our behalf and deliver them to us, and we will credit you for the time spent doing so. Collect 60 items for an hour of volunteer credit, 120 for 2 hours, and so on. This is a great way to make a direct impact on our mission of serving the Houston Public Library!
Contact us to let us know when you are planning your book drive, and to set up a delivery time. All items should ultimately be delivered to us in boxes, bins or bags that you can part with at 6510 W. Little York.
