Thank you for your interest in becoming a Connect4Literacy.org Community Partner. The Barbara Bush Houston Literacy Foundation believes that the most significant improvement in literacy rates will occur when stakeholders representing education, philanthropy, faith, government, business, health, civic, nonprofit community-based organizations and citizens unite by using a collective impact framework in geographic areas where there is the greatest need.
