Cunningham Elementary - Read Houston Read
Read Houston Read is a program designed to support Houston ISD's Literacy By 3 movement, which aims to have every child reading on grade level by the end of third grade. This is part of a community-wide effort to reduce the cycle of low literacy in Houston. HISD currently partners with over 50 elementary schools in their district and each campus needs approximately 5 volunteers for each shift. The dates and times vary per campus.
